Kris started IndoorLBS in 2003 when he was a graduate student at MIT where he did his thesis work on indoor location services inspired by Minority Report and MIT Cricket Indoor Location System. In 2006, Kris published the ground-breaking book on indoor & proximity services, Local Positioning Systems. Kris has been working with retailers and technology providers on solutions that are now live in thousands of stores. Tristian Lacroix, Managing Partner
Tristian is the Managing Partner at IndoorLBS and is on the Internet of Things (IoT) Council. Tristian has 15 years of working experience with Fortune 100/500 companies. He started his career in Silicon Valley with Juniper Networks and since has found the balance between the technical, tactical and creative to leverage curated analysis with a creative skill-set to produce a narrative that engages the audience, captures thought, and encourages dialogue in Digital Connections and VR/AR.
Tristian leads the formulation of product strategy and management, integrating cross-functional stakeholders into the ideation and deliverable process while managing expectations. He excels at discerning the comprehensive objective from the meta data in order to render a seamless execution which focuses on user driven product design and data-driven product refinement as a core principle in Product Strategy.
